UpWeWeb! submission rules are as simple as 1-2-3. 1 - There are no reviewers. 2 - The submission is free. 3 - Members – like you – create UpWeWeb! Proxy List:

• All members can submit new proxies. The new proxy is published at the first position of the Latest list immediately after your submission.
• If the proxy gains ratings (the well-known stars) from UpWeWeb! members it will also be placed at the proper category, sorted by the rating (Web Proxy List, SSL Proxy List, or Anonymous Network List).
• Quality proxies, with high ratings from a large group of UpWeWeb! members also goes to the Featured listing.
• Finally, the top 10 Featured entries are published at the UpWeWeb! front page.
